Hi,
I am from Singapore and login my account via swisspass.ch website. After that, I navigated to My account -> Customer data -> Correspondence -> Change Mobile number.
When I entered with prefix +65 (Singapore country code) follow by my mobile number and click on Verify, there is no message sent to my phone.
Note: I have tried clearing browser cache, incognito mode on Chrome and also tried on Microsoft Edge but to no avail.
Please assist thank you.
