Dear SBB Team,
I have been living in Switzerland since five years+ and traveling often to many countries.
There is nothing to complain that much with SBB maintenance in Swiss trains.
I would like to highlight only one situation which I faced recently. There was last minute train cancellation and I found alternative train which departs in less than 2 mins (if I miss the next train connection is in one hour) so I pushed myself to get the train available and I made it.
I felt bit thirsty and my water bottle is unfortunately empty. And this new train is “RE 33” and there is no restaurant available also there is no less than one minute gap between stations until my Destination.
So if I got out of train I will miss connections and in the meantime I just need water & I started coughing.
So my humble request for the improvement in these type train is to “make availability of water in some kind of way inside the train”!!!.
1) Either vendor machine where people can buy the water.
2) or availability of free tap water in one area inside the train.
3) or any idea SBB innovation can help people to availability of water inside train (by green way).
