I bought the chur-tirano train ticket(ID number •••••••••••••) from Sbb’s website and i made the reservation from RhB’s website. Are these two enough for me to take the Bernina Express between Chur and Tirano?

Should I understand that any train ticket I bought from Sbb to Chur - Tirano is valid with a reservation from RhB for those hours?

So I’m actually trying to find out whether the tickets purchased from Sbb are valid for Bernina Express.

Any ticket that is valid for the Tirano to Chur route is valid on the Bernina Express. This train is used by the locals, too.

In Switzerland, we have an integrated ticketing system. It does not matter from which vendor you purchase the ticket, nor does the operating company matter.

The only difference between the Bernina Express and other trains serving the same route: certain coaches on the Bernina Express require a seat reservation.
