A recurring issue people appear to have with the SBB webshop is printing tickets. And I am now faced with the same problem.
I booked tickets (Interlaken to Firenzen) and now want to print them out. The big red, “Billetten Drucken” button on the page where I can see my tickets does some animation, but further does nothing.
Also when trying to navigate (eg by pressing the back button) you often end up with a blank page. Reloading does not help.
Going by messages the different travel fora I am not the only one running in to this issue. Why can’t SBB just do the right thing, and just send the tickets by email?
