Your GA is valid, although there is an issue with the SwissPass Mobile. Meanwhile, you have to present the SwissPass card, as long as the technical issue with your SwissPass Mobile has not been fixed.
Are you using the latest version of the SwissPass Mobile App?
If yes, go to Profile Tab → Personal Details and hit the “Disconnect SwissPass Mobile” button there. Go to Tickets tab, and hit the “Set up” button there. Your GA should be reloaded.
