Hi,

I’d bought saver day pass for 4 days,but app just show 1 day, another 3 days pass disappear.What’s the problem with app?

I don’t quite understand your question. A saver day pass is always valid from 00:00 to 05:00 the following day. For several days, you must have made several bookings. If you have bought all of them with your SwissPass login, you will find them in your account at sbb.ch.

Do you mean the Saver Day Pass or the Swiss Travel Pass Flex? With the latter, the app will only display the activated day (the actual valid ticket), not all available days from your pass.

Ex. I bought saver day pass from 1.6.2023 to 4.6.2023 (4 days).

But it just shows 4.6.2023 QR code on my SBB app.

I can’t find another 3 days’ saver day pass.

Is that SBB app problem?

I am not aware of a problem in the app.
I recommend you to contact the Contact Centre?. They can check your orders and resend the missing tickets if necessary.

What is the amount that was charged on your credit card? I bet only one Saver Day Pass was charged…

have purchased saver day pass on the SBB app but it’s not showing my ticket in the app. The payment also done. Found get the confirmation email.
