Incorrect Date of Birth on the Ticket

Hi. I purchased tickets through the SBB website and made sure to enter the correct birthdates. However, upon receiving the tickets, I noticed that my partner’s DOB is incorrect. I entered 02.04, but the DOB on the ticket is 01.04 (one day earlier). Would this discrepancy cause any issues during our trip?

There is currently a bug in the SBB web shop for some customers (depending on the country from where the shop is accessed), that changes the date of birth by one day.

What kind of ticket did you purchase?

The error was found and corrected on 4 April. This should therefore no longer occur. Was the ticket purchased before or after 4 April? If the ticket was purchased after 4 April, it is valuable for the analysis if you can send me a copy/print screen of the ticket as a private message so that I can send it to IT for re-analysis.

No, not at all. While all personal data must be correct, this time it is not your fault. You can simply explain that there was a technical glitch.
