I purchased four online tickets on my SBB mobile app. I received a confirmation email of my purchase and the link to print my tickets. When I viewed the tickets, I realized that my profile had the wrong pass. I originally selected GA second class ticket, but I actually have the half pass tourist one month pass. So, I updated my profile to the correct pass (half pass) and when I go to view my tickets, it says there is an error.
Can I assume that since I changed my pass, that the purchase is invalid and I won’ be charged and now I can repurchase the same route with my correct profile with my correct pass? My three other passengers had the correct pass selection, it was just mine that was incorrect and I was buying the tickets.
