Saver Day Pass and Bernina express

Hi,
I would like to know if as a foreigner I can buy the Saver Day Pass (52 CHF) and travel de 18 of august from Laussane to Chur in the normal trains and then take a reservation in the bernina express panoramic long trajet from Chur to Torino and only pay the sit reservation (36CHF) is that right?

Yes, totally. The Saver Day Pass is also valid for the Bernina Express The seat reservation is only required if you want to ride the train in one of its panoramic coaches (recommended).
