I apologise if I have not been clear enough about the ticket. Attachments such as Word, Excel, etc. are unfortunately not possible. Attachments in PDF or JPG format should be possible, at least these formats work for me.
Thank you very much for your valuable support. Your information was helpful. However, our IT department was unable to reproduce the problem after 4 April. It is possible that an old version of the SBB.ch site was saved in the cache/browser history on your device, which is why the problem still occurred after 4 April. If you are going to buy more tickets, please make sure you clean your cache/browser history beforehand.
