Hi everyone, I booked my 15-day Swiss Travel Pass Flexi via a third party, Klook. I happened to put my first name and middle name together in the first name input box (eg: “George Curtis”), but in my generated ticket, my first name was combined to become “GeorgeCurtis” (the space is missing).
The activated ticket doesn’t have my passport number, but my birthday and last name are correct. In this case, would I need to rebook my travel pass? Would I be able to contact SBB directly to ask for assistance? I would really like to avoid getting into trouble with the train authorities.
