Kindly note, your ticket is not named SwissPass, it is named Swiss Travel Pass. The SwissPass is a resident’s product.
If you have not received an e-mail confirming your purchase, also not in the Spam folder, your purchase was not successful. If the purchase appears on your credit card statement it does not mean the purchase was successful; it could mean that the amount was reserved only and will again be released in the next hours -.check again.
To successfully purchase your Swiss Travel Pass, your credit card must support 3D secure ID, a 2-way factor authentication that most European webshops require. One alternative is to purchase your Swiss Travel Pass from the Switzerland Travel Center, the travel office of the SBB, as their webshop is less restrictive:
