Supersaver and Saver Day Pass for Accompanied Children Travelcard

I would like to buy a supersaver ticket and a saver day pass using the reduced fare ½. I noticed that for supersaver, I can add my children to the passenger list and select children co-travelcard under the discount and have a QR code of the ticket with CHF0.00 charge. However, for Saver Day Pass, if I add my children to the passenger list, I won’t be able to select children co-travelcard under the discount (in fact, only “No discount” can be selected). May I know if I need to buy a Saver Day Pass for my children, without any discount, in this case?

If you have the Children Co-Travelcard, or the Junior Card, or the Swiss Family Card, this is the child’s ticket, when accompanied by you and you have a valid ticket.

There is absolutely no need to add the children when purchasing a ticket for you, a CHF 0.00 ticket is useleess and not needed.
