Parking with a disability badge

Hi.

According to GTC of P+Rail:
“Persons with a disability Persons with a disability may display the disabled persons’ parking badge issued by their cantonal authority and are thus exempt from paying the parking fee.”

Does it mean disability badges issued by EU countries are not accepted? Or are they?
Also, if I dont need to buy a parking ticket, how do they check since when I’ve been parking the car in a certain P+Rail location?

Thank you for your message.

Disabled cards issued by European countries are valid in Switzerland for parking at our P+Rail stations.

The disabled parking card must be affixed to the windscreen of the vehicle in order to be exempt from parking charges.

Thank you. Maybe the General Terms and Conditions could be updated with that information.
Also it would be welcome to clarify in GTC how long I can park with the disability badge in P&Rail locations, as in this case, it cannot be check when I started the parking.
