2.4 tickets to Konstanz

Hello!

I talked with somebody in the chat helping place last week. I asked about tickets and refund. They said there that I will not get my moneys back because I had those supersaver tickets but if I have the certificate from doctor that I can’t travel, then I can get the moneys back.

So here I have it the certificate. But I dont know what to so or where to send it?

If you would like to request a refund for your Superspar tickets and have a medical certificate stating that you are unable to travel, you should contact the customer service department where you purchased the tickets.
I recommend you to call us Tel. 0848 44 66 88 (CHF 0.08/min.) If you call from abroad at +41 51 225 78 00 or fill in the form: https://www.sbb.ch/en/help-and-contact/refunds-compensation/refunds-compensation.html and explain the situation to them.
They will give you instructions on where to send the certificate and how the refund process works.
