I have bought ticket from Paris to Zurich for 26th of May24,How do i cancel the ticket. Is it possibel to cancel the ticket online

Provided you purchased your ticket from SBB:

Cancellations are not possible online. You may have to call SBB or contact an SBB Travel Center to do so.

SBB Contact Center: +41 51 225 78 56 (24/7, waiting times may occur).

Only flex tickets can be cancelled.

Thanks Roland,
One more small query, this number ( +41 51 225 78 56 )will communicate in english language.
As i was trying to call other SBB Customer care ( +41 0848 44 66 88) it was not in english language

As I said in my other reply, use +41 51 225 78 56. If there is still someone answering in German, ask if the person does speak English. Most people here do; otherwise the agent will transfer you to someone else.
