i got one enquiry.
i have eurail global paass, can i book seat recervation thru SBB website?
the trip journey from zermatt to lugano.

Yes, you can, but it is not necessray to make a seat reservation if you don’t travel at peak times, see the first link.

An exception is the route Brig - Domodossola - Centovalli - Locarno, see the second link.

Im travelling on 8 May 2024.
Holding eurail global pass ( from the rail planner, the seat are fully booked)
Then I use SBB website to make seat reservation with CHF 5. I get my ticket already but I worry the ticket is not valid to board the train as I didn’t have Swiss pass. I have eurail global pass only.

Suok Ing Your Eurail Pass is valid on the main lines in Switzerland, you can find a map in the link. Seat reservations are not checked if they are not mandatory.
