Tell pass rookie mistake

Hello, I needed to buy 3 tell pass for travel between 1st and 2nd May. I went on the sbb website and purchased it now. After purchase, I realize that the start date is TODAY! I thought it is something you purchase, and then validate it when you start on 1st May. Any help on how I can get it changed to 1st and 2nd May?

No, e-Tickets become valid instantly if the validity date has not been changed during the purchase process.

Thank you for your quick advice Roland! I was able to call with customer center and resolve this. I have travelled to many places but the sbb service is by far superior to anything else I have experienced.
