Over the past two days I’ve tried buying a ticket via the online shop. I can select the tickets and trains that I want but when I try to check out I get an error message saying that there is nothing in the shopping basket. Any ideas about how to get passed this or is there a known issue with the ticket shop? I want to book my tickets before the price goes up.
