Accidently purchased saver day pass with half travel card option

Hi, I do not have a ½ price travel card but accidently purchased the day saver pass with this option. So I paid less then what I should have paid. How can I change the day saver pass to full price.

You have to purchase a new Saver Day Pass at full fare first, then you might be eligible to ask for a refund of the half fare pass. The newly purchased pass must be for the same day and the same person.

The final decision on whether the refund request is accepted lies with SBB.
