I am travelling today April 17 from Lugano to Malpensa 1 on the 06.06 TILO Train, 1st class with my husband. Our wagon is full from students/teenagers with electronic cigarettes, rap music and lots of noise, they probably go to school and use the 1st class wagon as there is no control in this train. I will NEVER buy a 1st class ticket on this train again as there is no discipline at all.
