We are a group of 5 traveling during the busy month of July and want to deposit our luggage at Chur station on a Monday afternoon. On the luggage deposit page of sbb.ch, it says “You also have the option of booking a personal consultation at one of 65 stations, and you can buy tickets online at SBB.ch or in the SBB Mobile app.” I think this means you can book a time to deposit and pickup luggage at the deposit area instead of depending on locker availability and/or long lines at the deposit area. Is that right? If yes, where do you book such time as I cannot find it on the main page anywhere. Can someone send a link? Thanks!
