When buying tickets through the SBB Mobile App, the ticket (QR-Code) is displayed right after a successful purchase. Also, after the successful purchase, an e-mail with a purchase receipt is sent to the registered e-mail address. If the purchase was successful, your ticket is listed on the tab with the QR-Code icon.
