refund my tickets

we buy wrong tickets in sbb mobile .please help me to refund it .thank you

Tickets are only refundable, if you purchased a ticket that is neither a Saver Day Pass nor Saver Day Pass.

You can send your refund request, when you open your existing ticket on tab Tickets & Travelcards,

and the click the three dots in the right upper corner.
