Paying for Reservation for Wheelchair Passenger

We have a reservation confirmation number for a wheelchair reservation on EC 311 in June. I now need to pay for this, but there appears to facility on SBB website to pay for reservations.
How do I pay for this reservation??
Once this is confirmed and paid for, I then need to book the rest of the family (3 persons) in the same car and nearby seats.
Any advice would be helpful
