I want to speak to Customer care in English. Presently when i am calling them it is in German. Pl suggest how do i change the language

When you call us, you have the option of selecting a language. Just listen carefully to what the robot says and then select your language using the dialling button.

Simply call +41 51 225 78 56, this is the international number which allows you to select the language. If someone answers in German still, simply ask for English speakers. In Switzerland, many people do speak English.
