I can’t add Swisspass to app

I am trying to add Swisspass tickets to the application but the application and the session created in SBB do not recognize me. The purchase details are:

It is not possible to add the Swiss Travel Pass (note, not SwissPass) retrospecticvely to the SBB Mobile App.

Simply present your Swiss Travel Pass as a PDF document, or as a printed document to the ticket inspector, together with your physical passport or national ID card (no copies, no photos on smartphones).

Furthermore, your ticket ID has been masked. Never share ticket ID’s or photos of tickets on a publicly accessible forum such as this platform, simply to protect your privacy and to prevent abuse of the ticket itself.

So how can you reserve seats for train trips??

IrisQ12 Exactly the same way as you would buy single tickets for a connection without any existing pass: On those routes/connections where a reservation is possible at all (InterCity “IC” and “EC” trains only) or even required (= very few “panoramic” tourist trains), there should be some “seat reservation only” ticket option available along with the regular single tickets.
