I am sorry that I did not mention the day for the pick-up of my luggage from the hotel, I understand that the door to station service requires a period of 2 days.
I meant to say that I will have my luggage pick up from the hotel on April 28, the time chosen will be from 8:00-20:00 (as it is without additional charges), I would like to know if I could specify the time for the pick-up at 19:30? As there is no option to specify the time.
I will take the 2 trains on April 30 and to collect my luggage in Bern station on that day. Thank you in advance for any replies!
