I buy a Swiss Fare Card and setting the valid time is May 23, but I found that I couldn’t earlier buy the supersaver tickets because of the time.

I would go to Switzerland for two weeks, and the Fare Card valid for a month, could I change the valid time earlier? Could it be possible change online or I need to call the customer service?

I am uncertain if I fully understand your question. To buy Supersaver tickets at reduced fare, you do not need the Half Fare Card. The Half Fare Card must be bought and valid upon first ride on a train, tram, or bus in Switzerland.
