Dear SBB Revenue Service,
I received a fine on 29.06.2025 for traveling without a valid ticket on train 20426 (Baar to Zürich HB).
I have tried to pay the fine via your online payment portal, but I receive the message: “Your data have not yet been processed.” I would like to pay the CHF 100 fine as soon as possible, preferably via Wise or the online system.
Could you please send me the payment instructions or invoice number?
