I have purchased online train ticket for a single trip. However, when i checked on the email confirmation, it did not show the train information (e.g. train no., start point, destination etc.). I could not verify again whether the information on the trip is correct (except for the passenger names, date and price).

May i know where can i check on those missing information?

That sounds like a day pass to me. There is no departure or arrival station written on the day pass, it is valid throughout Switzerland (see area of validity).

You can take your ticket to a ticket office, call the Contact Centre or use the contact form in the app to find out more.
