I'm missing a direct train on a ticket I bought.

I would like to know more about the ticket I purchased.
I bought a ticket for a direct train departing from 8:35visp on 6 July, arriving in Genève at 10:50. IR1812.
The timetable shows that the 8:35visp departure on 6 July stops at Lausanne, IR1812.
What should I do in this case?
Can I use this ticket to change to IR2512 to go to Genève? Or can you change it to another direct train ticket? (The ticket you have purchased is a ticket that cannot be changed)

Hello Murasame_S

You are talking about a Supersaver ticket. Certain IR90 trains will end in Lausanne in July, due to construction works.

When you arrive in Lausanne, you can simply use the next possible connection.

I bought a Super Saver ticket. I was worried about being able to change trains as it said ‘valid for IR1812 only’.
Would this be okay in this case?

If the service is only operating as far as Lausanne, while your tickets reads Geneva, then you are welcome to take the next possible train from Lausanne.
