Hello Yossithuequ11
Not if you only travel for two days.
You could purchase a full fare point-to-point return ticket at CHF 72 for each city. The point-to-point return ticket is fully flexible, you can take any train on that day.
There are also Supersaver tickets, they would work as well; however, they are only valid on the chosen connection, thus no flexibility. I, personally, don’t find them handy when you plan an excursion due to the missing flexibility. You have to return to Basel as per the itinerary given on the ticket, and you cannot stay longer in case you like to stay a few hours longer, as the ticket is invalid on other trains.
You might find a full fare Saver Day Pass that is cheaper than a point-to-point ticket, starting from CHF 52. It would have the advantage that it also includes the city transportation as well as the boats on Lake Zurich and Lake Lucerne.
