Each ticket purchase is completed by a purchase receipt confirmation sent by e-mail. The ticket’s QR-code is also provided in this e-mail. Check your SPAM folder for this e-mail. If there is nothing, I assume that you have entered your e-mail address wrongly.
To retrieve your ticket, you could also contact SBB by phone (+41 51 225 78 56, 24/7, waiting times may occur), or see an agent in one of the SBB travel centres.
