I am not sure if I understand your issue.
Did you purchase the Swiss Half Fare Card from SBB? You will receive all the tickets as e-tickets, they are not issued as physical cards. You should have received all the documents right after purchase.
When I put in mine and my families details it’s not pulling in the ticket information.
What do you mean by this? Do you mean to activate the Half Fare option for purchasing tickets.
When you hold the Swiss Family Card for the children, you do not have to purchase other tickets for them; the Swiss Family Card is their ticket. Each child must have its own card.
