I’m writing to ask about missing ticket history. For personal reasons, I would like to view my ticket history with tickets purchased in 2019. I am able to log in to the SBB platform using SwissPass. When I try to check my orders on SBB and select the correct time period, there are no expired tickets found.
Subsequently, I tried to go to the old Ticket Shop to link my Ticket Shop account since my old tickets could have been purchased from the old Ticket Shop. Since I forgot my username and password, I tried to retrieve my username using the same email address for my SwissPass, but am told to check my email address. As a result, I am unable to access my old Ticket Shop account.
Is there another way I could access my expired ticket history? Or is there another way I could access my old Ticket Shop account with the same email address. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you!
