Did you purchase your ticket from SBB.ch or through the SBB Mobile app?
In the ticket purchase confirmation e-mail that you have got, you should be able to see the ticket’s QR code. Furthermore, there is a text in the lower part of the e-mail that contains a red ‘Ticket’ link; click it to download the ticket.
If all is not possible, other ways to retrieve your ticket upfront are
- by contacting an agent at the SBB Travel Center here in Switzerland, or
- by calling the SBB Contact Center: +41 51 225 78 56 (24/7, waiting times may occur). From the Americas: 011 41 51 225 78 56.
