As a tourist, you do not have a customer number. You cannot view your Swiss Travel Pass in the SBB Mobile App, as tourist offers do not appear in the SBB Mobile App.
Simply store your Swiss Travel Pass as PDF document on your phone, or take a screenshot of the QR-Code and store it in your image gallery.
Whenever you travel with your Swiss Travel Pass, you must carry your physical ID or ID card with you. Paper copies or photos of it on smartphones are not accepted.
