Hi Everyone,
Need advise on why from 3 tickets that I refunded (point to point ticket), only 1 of them is received in my account?
For details I refunded the ticket into 2 timeframe
- 1 ticket in 2nd May 12.16
- 2 tickets in 6 May 19.07
And somehow only 1 ticket successfully refunded and the transactions dated on 6 May 19.07
First of all, all three tickets have the exact same trip, just different passenger name. And considering the transfer time, I assume once we click refund, the amount transferred automatically.. not sure where the other 2 go?
