Centovalli connection

Dear all,

I purchased a saver day pass for June 25th with the purpose to take a train from Geneve-Aeroport to Lugano (leaves Geneve at 12:01 and arrives in Lugano at 18:24).
I wonder if I still have to purchase a separate ticket for the Centovalli train from Domodossola to Locarno using the www.vigezzinacentovalli.com website or if the saver day pass already purchased includes this connection. Do you know?

The Centovallina? This is a lovely and scenic train line.

No, the Saver Day Pass is good to go.

Albeit the line goes from Italy to Switzerland, and one could think the pass is therefore not valid, it is fully covered by the Saver Day Pass as it also connects the Swiss people living in the Valais and Ticino.

For the Panoramic trains on that line, a very small surcharge of CHF/EUR 1.50 per passenger is collected by the train attendant on the train.
