Adding purchased ticket to account

Hello,
I ordered a ticket through SBB website.
At the time of ordering, I didn’t have an SBB account.
Now I am trying to add my ticket to the SBB account, is this possible?

Hello Quackoaquaith38

No, it is not possible to add tickets purchased as a guest to an account that was created later.

Just store them as a PDF document on your phone and show it from there.

Also, whenever you travel with e-tickets, please have your physical (no photo on smartphones / no paper copies) passport or national ID card with you. It must be presented together with the ticket.
