Unfortunately the EuroCity don’t fly and no flight is available to Jeonju (South Korea?).

But I think that you want to go to Milan, and, also unfortunately, the train is cancelled due to engineering works in Italy. You have to change in Domodossola and take a direct replacement bus to Milan. But you can already buy the tickets for the train to Domodossola and the bus to Milan. It is better to book in advance, you will be sure to have a seat in the selected bus.
