Incorrect Ticket

I purchased 2 Senior first class tickets from Milan Central to Locarno on Sat 8 June leaving at 11.43 and arriving at Locarno at 13.38. The train is RE 80 25516. However my ticket shows that the train will not arrive until 15.43 which is too late. The ticket ID is David Holland ••••••••••••• and Elizabeth •••••••••••••

The same thing has happened for the return journey on Wednesday 19 June leaving Locarno at 9.22 and arriving at Milan Centrale at 11.17. The train is RE 80 255515. The ticket however shows us arriving at 13.22 instead. We will therefore miss our connecting train to Vicenza. Ticket ID for this trip is David Holland ••••••••••••• and Elizabeth Holland •••••••••••••

Can you help me resolve this discrepancy please. we need to be making the shorter trips.

Mosaurugh35 These times are not the arrival, but the end of validity of the tickets (4 hours):

11:43-15:43 / 09:22-13:22

You can rely on the published timetable, unless the trains are delayed for unpredictable reasons.

You could also use the tickets for public transport in Locarno (buses) until the end of validity.

Your ticket is for a route, not a train. And it is valid for 4 hours, which means that you can take any train between 11:43 and 15:43.
