Zurich to Budapest tickets

Hello everyone,

Wondering if I can get some help.

We have brought tickets from Zurich to Budapest for 3 weejs time. They have split it up Zurich to Buchs which tickets are in SSB app, then Buch to Budapest where just in their conformation email and said as international don’t download until just before trip. Problem is it’s only a 6 minute change over. Would anyone know is this because stay on same train? As not much time.
I messaged SSB they said contact international. Does anyone know how to as that number they gave I can’t get through to on mobile.

Who did you buy it from?

If you have a confirmation mail for the Buchs - Budapest section it should have instructions on how and where to download your ticket. And you can do that before you board your train in Zurich. There is no need to wait till you are in Buchs. And in Buchs you just stay in the train. The ticket was probably split in Buchs because that was easiest or cheapest in your case. It does not imply you need to change trains.

Thankyou for that information. It was booked through SBB. Buchs only little train station by the looks do it will be fine fingers crossed.

The size of the Buchs station is irrelevant. You will stay on the train. But you must somehow put your hands on your tickets for Buchs - Budapest. What are the instructions in the email as to how you will obtain these?
