Unfortunately not a bug, but a “feature”, the data is not kept longer than a year.
In earlier discussions on the same topic here, SBB representatives have provided rather conflicting answers between “due to data privacy reasons”(?) and “improvements are planned”.
So for tax purposes etc, the current obvious recommendation is to generate that pdf around new year’s eve.
