Hello KAVYOMEE
You cannot import a ticket or travel card into the SBB Mobile App that was purchased as a guest.
Simply store your Swiss Travel Pass as a PDF document on your phone, or take a screenshot of the QR-Code and store it in your image gallery. And, if you lose your paper copy, you could simply ask the hotel’s receptionist or an agent in the SBB ticket office to reprint it for you.
Whenever you travel with your Swiss Travel Pass, you must carry your physical ID or ID card with you. Paper copies or photos of it on smartphones are not accepted.
For stretches where the Swiss Travel Pass grants a 50% reduction, you can activate the Half Fare Card discount during ticket purchase. For this select a route. On the page where the ticket offers are displayed, you can find a pen next to your name to modify your traveller data. Click the pen, the tick the ‘Half Fare Card’ checkbox and save. The ticket offers are reloaded, reflecting the 50% discount. See screenshots below.
Tickets for routes where the Swiss Travel Pass grants a 25% discount, for example Jungfraujoch, cannot be purchased using the SBB Mobile App. Such tickets must be purchased directly from the operator from their website or at the ticket window / travel office.
Kind regards,
Roland
