Can anyone tell me which rides are included in the Swiss day pass or Saver day pass? I am wondering if cable cars and trains that go to the mountains are included. And also the cruise. I have been looking for the guide but could not locate one. Thanks

Just kidding, check the area of validity map:
In the top left box, make sure the 1st option inclduing “saver day pass” is selected and check the respective meaning of the line types/colors in the map by clicking the (i) symbol. Then navigate to your area of interest and zoom in to the max in order to display as many details (especially mountain rides) as possible. Not every single chairlift (operating at all during summer) might be displayed even at max. zoom, but in such cases, full fare usually applies to everyone (but those usually aren’t THAT expensive).
Included boat trips will also show as blue solid lines on lakes. Check the boat operator websites regarding special round-trip cruises.

Local city mass transit (not primarily for tourism purposes) is always covered by the Saver Day Pass.

What concerns mountain excursions, the following are the only ones being free with the Saver Day Pass:

Mt. Rigi
Mt. Stanserhorn
Stoos
Klewenalp
Mt. Rochers-de-Naye

Any other mountain trip requires the Half Fare Card to benefit from discounts. The Saver Day Pass itself does not grant any discounts.

Thanks. This is super helpful. It read that a day saver pass can be purchased for as low as CHF 29, but I found the lowest is CHF 44 on the SBB Mobile App with a half tax.

New Saver Day Passes are released about 6 months in advance. Only a very limited number is initially available for 29.-, and those are usually sold out very quickly, sometimes already after a couple of hours depending on the date (e.g. weekends).
