Through Order no.: •••••••••••• we made the purchase of two Swiss Travel Passes for 3 days, on February 28, for the value of 488 Swiss francs equivalent to 555.68 US dollars. These two tickets with ID: ••••••••••••• and •••••••••••••, would be valid from February 29 to March 3. On February 28, after having purchased the Swiss Travel Passes, my partner started again at night with a feverish state that he had brought from Greece and had already calmed down. For this reason, on February 29 we decided to cancel all travel plans and return to the USA. That same day we request a refund for the tickets purchased .We requested the cancellation and refund of the purchase because we had not yet activated, or used any of the tickets. The company responded to us that they have to verify that we had not used the ticket. They never gave you an answer again, whether they verified it or not.
