We will traveling in Switzerland during the first week of August.
I have been checking fares for some of train journeys. Before I do, I tried to update my personal details and add co-passengers under my Profile. I keep getting an error page that says “Unfortunately, an error has occurred.” or “serverError.headline”.
I tried four difference browsers - Chrome, Safari, Edge and Firefox - and it is the same issue on all browsers.
Can someone please look into this and let me know if there is an issue with the site?
