Changing Seat Number

How can I change the seat numbers assigned by the system?
I booked just now a first class ticket for 4 from Milan to Zurich. Upon seat selection, I only had 1 choice and that is to press “seat reservation” and the system automatically assigned seat numbers and we were assigned seats on a different aisles. I want our family of 4 to sit beside each other. Thanks you

How is that you conclude you were not seated together?

I checked the seat map from another website and the four seats are not together. Seat 41 and 42 are together, Seat 43 and 44 are together but across the aisle. I was hoping I can change seat 41 and 42 to Seat 45 and 46 (so we will all be seated together as seat 43, 44, 45, 46), if still available this time as earlier.

I cannot follow your saying as for this, you would have to tell us the travel date, departure time, and coach number. Only then we can retrieve the correct train equipment and seat map.

To make it short: to check if you can possibly change seats, and provided you purchased the tickets from SBB, please ring the SBB Contact Center: +41 51 225 78 56, 24/7, waiting times are possible.

Departure: Milan
Time: 11:10am
Couch No..10
Seat 41, 42, 43, 44
Arrival: Zurich HB
